Chat messages

When you use chat, we store your name and messages so our team can respond. A browser cookie reconnects you to your conversation for up to 30 days. Replies appear in that browser; chat does not require an email address or phone number.

Information you share

When you make a reservation, send an inquiry, or offer a chair, we collect the contact details, messages, chair information, and photographs you submit. Please avoid including home addresses or unrelated personal information in photographs.

Address suggestions

When you type a delivery address, the address search text is sent to Geoapify to provide suggestions. Our website does not send your name, email, or phone number with these searches. You can edit any suggestion or enter the address manually. See Geoapify’s privacy policy.

Buyer photo reviews

When you submit a photo review, we store your display name, email, purchase details, rating, review, photos, and permission to publish. Your email and purchase details remain private and are used to verify your purchase and arrange the gift-card offer. After verification and moderation, your display name, rating, review, chair details, and photos may be published with a clear incentive disclosure. Gift cards are sent manually. Contact us to correct or remove your review or photos.

How we use it

We use submissions to respond to your request, discuss inventory, evaluate chairs, and arrange agreed pickup or delivery. Submissions are stored for the business team to review. This website does not sell your personal information. Optional Google measurement is described below.

Storage and access

Our website hosting and storage providers process information to operate the site. When email alerts are enabled, our email delivery provider also processes reservation, inquiry, chair-offer, and chat details to notify our team and send reservation confirmations. Reservation, inquiry, and offer submissions are accessible through the protected administrator dashboard. Published listing photographs are public. Administrator sign-in uses an essential session cookie. Your cart is saved on your device as a temporary draft; reservation records are stored securely on the website.

Anonymous website traffic

We record page paths, general referral categories, device type, and approximate country or region to understand visits. A random identifier in temporary browser-tab storage groups page views into a session; it resets after 30 minutes without a page view. Analytics does not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, full referring URLs, or campaign click identifiers. Traffic records are retained for up to 90 days and are not connected to chat or reservation identities. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Signed-in administrator visits are excluded.

Website activity totals

We count reservations, inquiries, chair offers, chat messages, and taps on our text button to understand how the website is used. These aggregate counts do not create visitor profiles or use advertising cookies.

Optional Google Analytics and ad measurement

If you choose Allow measurement, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure public page visits and successful buyer inquiries, reservations, and first chat messages, and to help us understand which ads lead to these actions. Google processes device and browser information, network information, general location, and advertising click identifiers when present. We do not send the names, contact details, message text, or reservation references you submit to Google. Personalized advertising and Google signals are disabled. Our Google Analytics cookies expire after 90 days. Administrator visits, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control are excluded. You can decline without affecting shopping or contacting us, or withdraw consent using Privacy choices in the footer. Withdrawing clears our Google measurement cookies and reloads the page. Previously collected data is handled under Google privacy policy.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of a submission. We retain submissions while needed for your inquiry, related business records, or applicable obligations.
