A straightforward way to find your next chair.
Inventory and inquiries
We offer both new and pre-owned chairs. Each listing states its condition, and availability can change. Prices refer to the individual listing and are shown in US dollars. Sending an inquiry or adding a chair to your cart does not reserve it. A successful reservation checkout holds one chair per selected listing for 24 hours while arrangements are confirmed. Unconfirmed holds expire automatically. Confirmed reservations remain held until completion or cancellation. We never ask for upfront payment. Payment by Zelle, Venmo, or cash is due upon delivery or pickup. Contact us to change or cancel a reservation. The order total is payable on receipt. Delivery within our service area and arranged pickup are free.
Condition and identification
Descriptions and photographs relate to the individual chair offered. Pre-owned items may show wear. Products are represented by manufacturer and model based on available identifying information. Please ask questions and review the condition before purchasing.
What our condition grades mean
- New
- Unused. Packaging may have been opened or removed.
- Excellent
- Pre-owned with minimal visible wear. Small cosmetic marks may be present and should be described or photographed.
- Very Good
- Pre-owned with light, noticeable cosmetic wear, such as small scuffs or signs of use on the upholstery.
- Good
- Pre-owned with visible cosmetic wear, such as scuffs, scratches or upholstery wear. Check the item-specific notes and photos.
- Fair
- Pre-owned with substantial cosmetic wear. Review the described marks, damage and photographs carefully.
Condition grades describe use and cosmetic appearance, not a warranty or inspection certificate. Configuration, operation, repairs and any known faults must be described separately.
Returns
Returns within 7 days of delivery or pickup. No restocking fee. Customers arrange return transport.
The 7-day return window begins when your item is delivered or collected. Contact NYC Seating within that window to coordinate your return. The item must be returned in the same condition as received. You are responsible for making arrangements for return transport. NYC Seating does not provide complimentary return transport. Your item purchase price will be refunded with no restocking fee.

Warranty
No manufacturer warranty is included or implied. A seller warranty applies only when its terms are explicitly stated on the individual listing and confirmed in writing. Any seller warranty is provided independently by this business, not by the original manufacturer. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
